* Our Helpline fees are reviewed every quarter in order to ensure that you
paying a fair rate. The rate charged may increase if used 'excessively'. However, if you have had little need
for the service over the previous quarter then your fee may decrease. There is no contract and so you are free
to discontinue the service at any time. There is a minimum charge for the service which is approximately 75% of the
'initial cost per month' for your amount of staff.
