The minimum entitlement is 5.6 weeks per year (4 weeks holiday and 8* bank holidays) up to a maximum of 28 days. If a member of staff regularly works 6 days per week then deduct the shortest (in terms of hours) working day's hours from the "Hours worked per week" figure.
Check your staff contracts, as badly worded clauses can mean that your employees are entitled to more than the statutory minimum holiday allowance. Contact us for advice.
